Instructions

  2. 2. Slice the zucchinis lengthwise into ¼ inch thick slices.
  3. 3. Brush both sides of the zucchini slices with olive oil.
  4. 4. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. 5. Place the zucchini slices on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until tender and grill marks appear.
  6. 6. Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
