Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Topping

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • ½ cup Butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine zucchini, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Mix well and spread evenly in a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract until crumbly. Sprinkle over zucchini mixture.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
  5. Let it cool slightly before serving.
