Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Zucchini, peeled and sliced about 2 medium zucchinis
  • 2 cups Apples, peeled and sliced about 2 medium apples
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Butter melted
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 package Pie crust store-bought or homemade

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the zucchini, apples, sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, melted butter, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Place one pie crust in a pie dish. Pour the zucchini-apple mixture into the crust.
  4. Cover with the second pie crust. Seal the edges and cut a few slits on top to allow steam to escape.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  6. Let the pie cool before serving.
