Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 2 tablespoon Za'atar spice blend

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and sugar.
  2. 2. Add olive oil and warm water. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. 4. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. 6. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thickness.
  7. 7. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet and sprinkle Za'atar spice blend evenly over the top.
  8. 8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  9. 9. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
