Instructions 

  1. Line a strainer with cheesecloth and place it over a bowl.
  2. Pour the yogurt into the cheesecloth.
  3. Gather the edges of the cheesecloth and tie them into a bundle.
  4. Let it drain in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
  5. After 24 hours, remove the cheese from the cheesecloth and store it in an airtight container.
