Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 cup Mixed berries
- 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the Greek yogurt and honey in a bowl.
Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the baking sheet.
Sprinkle the mixed berries and chia seeds on top.
Freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
Break into pieces and enjoy!
