  • 1 cup Mixed berries
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds

Instructions 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the Greek yogurt and honey in a bowl.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle the mixed berries and chia seeds on top.
  5. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
