Wienerschnitzel Recipe
A classic Austrian dish, Wienerschnitzel is a breaded and fried veal cutlet that's crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Veal cutlets pounded thin
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 pieces Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
1. Pound the veal cutlets until they are about ¼ inch thick.
2. Season the cutlets with salt and pepper.
3. Dredge each cutlet in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
4. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
5. Fry the cutlets until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve immediately.
