  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Warm Water
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 teaspoon Active Dry Yeast

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, honey, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
  2. 2. Add whole wheat flour, olive oil, and salt to the yeast mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. 4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. 5. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  6. 6. Punch down the dough and roll it out on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  7. 7. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet. Add your favorite toppings.
