Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies

- 1 cup Butter softened
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 Eggs large
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 3 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups Chocolate Chips
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
Combine the whole wheat flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually stir into the creamed mixture.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are nicely browned.
Cool on wire racks.
