Main Ingredients
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup diced ham
- 0.5 cup diced onions
- 0.5 cup diced bell peppers
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
