- 1 can Pumpkin Puree
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- ¾ cup Brown Sugar
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon Ground Ginger
- ¼ teaspoon Ground Cloves
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 unit Pie Crust pre-made or homemade
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, heavy cream, brown sugar, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and salt until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the center is set and a knife inserted comes out clean.
Let the pie cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
