  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 4 Eggs large

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gradually add the sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip.
  4. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the whipped cream mixture.
  6. Beat in the eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
