A classic, easy-to-make dessert salad with pistachio pudding, pineapple, marshmallows, and whipped topping.

Main Ingredients
- 1 package instant pistachio pudding mix 3.4 ounces
- 1 can crushed pineapple 20 ounces, undrained
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- ½ cup chopped walnuts optional
- 1 container whipped topping 8 ounces, thawed
In a large mixing bowl, combine the pudding mix and crushed pineapple (with juice).
Stir in the mini marshmallows and chopped walnuts.
Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
