Vietnamese Grilled Lemongrass Chicken

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken thighs boneless, skinless
- 3 stalks Lemongrass finely chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons Fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, combine lemongrass, garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, vegetable oil, and black pepper.
2. Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and slightly charred.
5. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
