Main Ingredients
- 1 pc Red Bell Pepper cut into chunks
- 1 pc Yellow Bell Pepper cut into chunks
- 1 pc Zucchini sliced
- 1 pc Red Onion cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Thread the vegetables onto the skewers, alternating types.
3. Brush the skewers with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
4. Grill the skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
