Ingredients

  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
  • 1 cup Bell Pepper Strips
  • 4 pieces Spring Roll Wrappers
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add shredded carrots, cabbage, and bell pepper strips. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add soy sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
  5. 5. Place a small amount of the veggie mixture on each spring roll wrapper and roll tightly.
  6. 6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
