Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, warm water, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
Place the rolled-out dough on a baking sheet.
Top with cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, red onion, and mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh basil. Serve warm.
