Ingredients 

Flatbread Base

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Water Warm
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Toppings

  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved
  • 1 cup Bell peppers Sliced
  • 1 cup Red onion Sliced
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese Shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Basil Fresh, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, warm water, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  4. Place the rolled-out dough on a baking sheet.
  5. Top with cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, red onion, and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh basil. Serve warm.
