Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 large Onion sliced
  • 2 large Bell peppers sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
  • 8 small Tortillas
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Guacamole

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers. Cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  5. Serve the veggie mixture in the warm tortillas. Top with salsa and guacamole.
