Main Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 large Onion sliced
- 2 large Bell peppers sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
- 8 small Tortillas
- 1 cup Salsa
- 1 cup Guacamole
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the sliced onions and bell peppers. Cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
Serve the veggie mixture in the warm tortillas. Top with salsa and guacamole.
