Vegetarian Korma Recipe
A delicious and creamy vegetarian korma made with mixed vegetables and a rich, spiced sauce.

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
- 2 cups Mixed Vegetables (carrots, peas, potatoes), chopped
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- 1 cup Tomato Puree
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and cook until translucent.
Add the minced garlic and ginger. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Add the mixed vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in the coconut milk, tomato puree, garam masala, turmeric, and cumin. Bring to a simmer.
Reduce the heat and let it cook for 20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
