Vegetarian Gnocchi with Spinach and Mushroom Butter Sauce

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb gnocchi
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cook gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat.
Add garlic and mushrooms, cook until mushrooms are tender.
Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
Add cooked gnocchi to the pan, toss to coat.
Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
