Vegetable Tofu Stir-Fry Recipe
A quick and healthy vegetable tofu stir-fry that's perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Main Ingredients
- 1 block Tofu firm, drained and cubed
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 cup Broccoli cut into florets
- 1 cup Bell Peppers sliced
- 1 cup Carrots julienned
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger minced
1. Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
3. Add the tofu and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
4. Add the broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots. Stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes.
5. Pour in the soy sauce and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
