Vegan Zucchini Bread

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Grated Zucchini squeezed to remove excess water
- 1.5 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 0.25 cup Non-Dairy Milk
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
In another bowl, mix the grated zucchini, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and non-dairy milk.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
