Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 head Romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Croutons

Dressing Ingredients

  • ½ cup Cashews soaked
  • ¼ cup Nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • ½ cup Water
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a blender, combine all dressing ingredients and blend until smooth.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the chopped romaine lettuce with the dressing until evenly coated.
  3. 3. Add croutons and toss again.
  4. 4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
