Ingredients 

Crepe Batter

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon butter, melted

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add milk and vanilla extract.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.
  4. Stir in the melted butter.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  6. Pour about ¼ cup of batter into the skillet, swirling to cover the bottom.
  7. Cook for about 2 minutes, then flip and cook for another minute.
  8. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
