Ingredients

  • 2 cups Milk
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine milk and sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
  2. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with a bit of cold milk to make a slurry. Add to the saucepan.
  3. Cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  4. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
