Unstuffed Cabbage Roll Recipe
A simpler version of traditional cabbage rolls, packed with flavor and easy to make.

Main Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup rice cooked
- 1 can tomato sauce (15 oz)
- 1 can diced tomatoes (15 oz)
- 1 large onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the chopped cabbage, cooked rice, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
