Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 ½ cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Melted Butter

Filling

  • 16 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

Topping

  • 1 can Cherry Pie Filling

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. 2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. 3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. 4. Spread the filling evenly over the crust in the springform pan.
  5. 5. Top with cherry pie filling. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
