Main Ingredients
- 1 package Puff pastry thawed
- 4 cups Milk
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Mixed nuts chopped
- 1 cup Raisins
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Heavy cream
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Roll out the puff pastry and bake it until golden brown. Let it cool, then break it into pieces.
In a mixing bowl, combine the milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream. Stir well.
In a baking dish, layer the puff pastry pieces, mixed nuts, and raisins. Pour the milk mixture over the layers.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
Serve warm and enjoy!
