Ingredients

  • 1 package Puff pastry thawed
  • 4 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Mixed nuts chopped
  • 1 cup Raisins
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Heavy cream

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and bake it until golden brown. Let it cool, then break it into pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream. Stir well.
  4. In a baking dish, layer the puff pastry pieces, mixed nuts, and raisins. Pour the milk mixture over the layers.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
