Main Ingredients
- 1 kg Purple Yam (Ube) grated
- 1 can Condensed Milk
- 1 can Evaporated Milk
- 1 cup Sugar
- ½ cup Butter melted
1. In a pot, combine grated ube, condensed milk, evaporated milk, and sugar.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
3. Add melted butter and continue to cook until the mixture thickens.
4. Transfer to a container and let it cool before serving.
