Tzatziki Sauce Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 Cucumber, grated and drained medium-sized
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Dill, chopped fresh
- 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
- 1 teaspoon Pepper or to taste
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and chopped dill.
2. Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
