Turtles Cheesecake
A rich and decadent cheesecake with caramel, chocolate, and pecans, inspired by the classic Turtles candy.

Crust
- 1 ½ cups Graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Butter, melted
Filling
- 24 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Topping
- 1 cup Caramel sauce
- 1 cup Chocolate chips, melted
- 1 cup Pecans, chopped
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of the springform pan to form the crust.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
Pour the filling over the crust. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Before serving, drizzle caramel sauce and melted chocolate over the cheesecake. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
