5. Punch down the dough and divide it into one large ball for the body, one medium ball for the head, and four small balls for the legs. Shape a tiny ball for the tail.
6. Assemble the turtle on a baking sheet, attaching the head, legs, and tail to the body.
7. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
8. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
9. Let cool before serving.
