Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground lamb
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 small Onion, finely chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients until well combined.
  2. 2. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a sausage-like shape around a skewer.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Grill the kebabs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
  5. 5. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
