Main Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken breast cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
2. Add chicken cubes to the bowl and mix well to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
5. Grill the chicken skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
