Ingredients

  • 1 lb Turkey breast, cubed
  • 2 cups Carrots, sliced
  • 2 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup Celery, sliced
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add turkey and cook until browned.
  3. 3. Add onions, carrots, celery, and potatoes. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Pour in chicken broth, add salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
