Main Ingredients
- 1 whole Turkey about 12 pounds
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
Rub the turkey with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Place the turkey in a roasting pan.
Roast the turkey for about 3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
