Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 small Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ cup Ketchup for topping

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  4. Spread the ketchup evenly on top of the loaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
