Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 large Egg
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 small Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ½ cup Ketchup for topping
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
Spread the ketchup evenly on top of the loaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
