  • 2 cups Cooked turkey, diced
  • 1 cup Frozen peas
  • 1 cup Sliced mushrooms
  • ¼ cup Butter
  • ¼ cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 unit Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
  3. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Gradually whisk in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add heavy cream, turkey, and peas. Cook until heated through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
