Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked turkey, diced
- 1 cup Frozen peas
- 1 cup Sliced mushrooms
- ¼ cup Butter
- ¼ cup All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 unit Salt and pepper to taste
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually whisk in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
Add heavy cream, turkey, and peas. Cook until heated through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
