Tropical Fruit Tart
A delightful tart filled with tropical fruits and a creamy base.

Crust
- 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 0.5 cup Melted Butter
Filling
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 0.5 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Topping
- 1 cup Sliced Mango
- 1 cup Sliced Kiwi
- 1 cup Pineapple Chunks
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into tart pan.
Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let cool.
Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks. Set aside.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
Spread filling over cooled crust. Top with sliced fruits.
Chill tart for at least 2 hours before serving.
