Traditional Filipino Lumpia Recipe

- 1 lb Ground Pork
- 1 cup Carrots, finely chopped
- 1 cup Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Cabbage, shredded
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 20 pieces Lumpia Wrappers
- 2 cups Vegetable Oil, for frying
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork, carrots, onion, garlic, cabbage, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
2. Place about 1 to 2 tablespoons of the mixture on a lumpia wrapper. Fold and roll tightly, sealing the edge with water.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the lumpia in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes per side.
4. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
