Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 cup Honey
  • 2 large Egg Whites
  • 3 cups Mixed Nuts (toasted)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine sugar and honey. Heat until the mixture reaches 300°F (150°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  3. 3. Slowly pour the hot sugar mixture into the egg whites, whisking constantly.
  4. 4. Add the toasted nuts, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
  5. 5. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Let it cool completely before cutting into pieces.
