  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Thyme, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Rub the roast with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix garlic, rosemary, and thyme, then rub onto the roast.
  4. Place the roast in a roasting pan.
  5. Roast for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 325°F (165°C) and cook for 75 minutes or until desired doneness.
  6. Let the roast rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
