Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Baguette cut into ½ inch slices
- 2 cups Tomatoes diced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup Basil chopped
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
3. Toast in the oven for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
4. In a bowl, combine tomatoes, garlic, basil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
5. Spoon tomato mixture onto toasted baguette slices and serve immediately.
