  • 400 g Penne pasta
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 400 g Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Basil leaves fresh, chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook until they start to soften.
  4. 4. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss to combine with the tomatoes and garlic.
  5. 5. Stir in the chopped basil leaves and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
