- 400 g Spaghetti
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 400 g Cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Fresh basil chopped
- to taste Salt and pepper
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
3. Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook until they start to soften.
4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss to combine.
5. Stir in the chopped basil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve the pasta topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
