  • 800 g canned tomatoes diced
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup fresh basil chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the diced tomatoes to the skillet. Season with salt and black pepper. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
