Tomatillo Salsa Verde Recipe
A zesty and fresh salsa made with tomatillos, perfect for dipping or as a topping.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Tomatillos husked and rinsed
- 2 Jalapeños stemmed
- 1 Small onion quartered
- 2 cloves Garlic peeled
- 1 cup Cilantro chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place tomatillos, jalapeños, onion, and garlic on a baking sheet. Roast for 10 minutes.
Transfer roasted vegetables to a blender. Add cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Blend until smooth.
Adjust seasoning if needed. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
