Tofu Green Curry Recipe
A delicious and easy-to-make tofu green curry that's perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Main Ingredients
- 1 block Tofu firm, drained and cubed
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 can Coconut milk
- 2 tablespoon Green curry paste
- 1 cup Vegetables mixed, chopped (e.g., bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 handful Fresh basil chopped
Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add the green curry paste and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
Add the tofu and vegetables, and cook for 10-15 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Stir in the soy sauce and sugar, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in the fresh basil before serving.
