Three Berry Pie Recipe
A delicious pie made with three types of berries.

Pie Filling
- 1 cup strawberries hulled and sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- ¾ cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Pie Crust
- 1 package pie crust store-bought or homemade
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, lemon zest, and salt. Mix well.
Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish. Pour the berry mixture into the crust.
Cover with the top crust, seal the edges, and cut a few slits on top to allow steam to escape.
Bake for 60 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
Let the pie cool before serving.
