  • 1 teaspoon active dry yeast

Instructions

  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for about 1 hour.
  6. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  7. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thinness.
  8. Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  9. Add your favorite toppings.
  10. Bake for 10 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
